Cedarwood Atlas Essential Oil

Cedarwood Atlas supports a relaxed state of mind and body. It can be used to encourage equilibrium and promote an harmonic atmosphere. It is also an excellent ingredient for skin and hair care, and may be particularly useful for adolescent skin.

The rich, woody, spicy aroma is wonderfully sensual and restorative.

Blends well with: Juniper Berry, Palmarosa, Sandalwood & Orange Sweet

Relaxation of Body & Mind
To assist deep relaxation, to counter the stressed mind and promote restful sleep, add 5-10 drops of Cedarwood to your bath or diffuser.

Skin Care
Add 3-4 drops to 50g of daily moisturiser to help counter excess oil or acne with astringent and antiseptic properties. This oil is particularly suitable for men and boys who prefer a spicy rather than floral fragrance.

Hair Tonic
Add 5 drops to shampoo or conditioner to promote lustre and growth. A great recipe for greasy hair during adolescence.

Foot Care
Add 5-8 drops of Cedarwood to a footbath once a week, or to a foot moisturiser, to encourage healthy feet and protect against fungal infection.

Safety
Not suitable for use during pregnancy. Not recommended for children under 8 years of age.
If ingested, drink milk. Avoid eyes, flush with water.
Keep out of reach of children.
