Inhale Essential Oil

This refreshing blend of potent therapeutic oils is specially formulated to help clear congestion and release painful pressure. With a penetrating molecular aroma carrying antiseptic, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory and decongestant properties, this is an effective all natural response to the often intense discomfort caused by blocked nasal tubes. Recommended for inhalation (drop to tissue or clothes), steam inhalation, diffusion or chest rub (add 10 drops to 1tsp of carrier).

Directions:
Diffusion: 5-10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required.
Perfume/Inhalation: add a few drops to collar or pillow. 5-10 drops to steam inhalation. 
Pulse Points: smudge onto wrists and back of neck (for sensitive skin dilute as for massage). 
Bath: 10 drops mixed into bath water.
Massage: Blend 4 drops to 1 teaspoon of Pure Unscented Body Oil (organic).
