What to do

Ingredients
Mandarin (Citrus reticulata), Neroli (Citrus aurantium) Organic Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) Frankincense (Boswellia sacra) & Sweet Almond (Prunus dulcis).

• Mandarin - excellent for blood circulation helping to relieve swollen ankles, is effective to use for morning sickness, all the while removing toxins and helping to lower nervous tension.
• Geranium - in good dilution - it’s one of the best circulation oils, the uplifting and balancing oil for pregnancy - helps fight fatigue and reduce inflammation. Helps with the whole female reproductive system.
• Neroli - works on the nervous system and facilitates easy breathing, especially during birth panting, it’s calming and increases oxygen supply to the blood and brain, helps to avoid hyperventilating. It is a calming sedative in lower spears (such as in this blend) it’s great for antidepression.
• Frankincense - Relieves stress and anxiety, is an immune booster, incredible for the skin for anti-ageing and scar reduction, It can help relieve pain, cramps, constipation, headaches, anxiety, nausea, fatigue and mood swings.
