Makes 32 cookies - have 2 daily
Ingredients
- 5 cups of oats
- 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup carob powder
- 4 tablespoons brewers yeast
- 2 tablespoons LSA
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds (ground to a powder)
- 1 tablespoon of fenugreek (ground to a powder)
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 240 gram melted butter or coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degree
- Put all the dried ingredients in a blender and blend until a flour forms, do not over blend so cookies have some grainy texture.
- Mix vanilla essence in the melted butter and add in with egg to form a cookie dough
- Roll a tablespoon of cookie dough into balls and flatten with a fork on the tray
- Bake for approximately 12-14 minutes or until golden
- Set aside to cool
