Directions
Adults: Take 6ml (just over 1 tsp) daily. Take straight from the spoon or mix in a glass of water or juice.

Children (4+ years): Add half a teaspoon to a favourite drink or mix easily in water to preferred taste.

Shake well before each use as some separation may occur. Take on an empty stomach and wait at least 15 minutes before food.
