Ingredients:

Wild chaga*, Reishi*, Lion’s mane, Cultivated cordyceps CS-4, Agaricus blazei, Shiitake, Poria, Maitake extract powders. *dual extract.

Directions:

Start with 1⁄4 teaspoon of powdered mushroom extract, increasing to 1⁄2 teaspoon or more if desired. BLEND: Stir into hot water. Add honey or maple syrup & milk of choice for a delicious infusion.
