Pregnancy Circle

A relaxed catch up with other hapū māmā who are on the same journey as you are.

Come and take some time out for yourself to:

• Connect with your baby
• Connect with your body
• Connect with other local māmā

 A time for meeting each other, and sharing and listening to each other's experiences. This is a time to connect with your body and your growing baby, with a relaxing hypnobirthing meditation to close the session.

 You will also be gifted some affirmation cards and samples of nourishing pregnancy tea.

About Megan:

Hi, I'm Megan and I'll be hosting this circle. I'm a mother to 2 boys, a pregnancy & birth doula, and hypnobirthing educator.

I know first hand how nourishing it is to meet with other hapu māmā in the local area who are going through the same things that you are on your journey towards motherhood.

Having a group of māmā that you can get to know while pregnant, and into motherhood, and beyond is valuable beyond words.
