Size guide

Mini

• 60mm long, 42mm rim diameter, 25ml capacity
• If you are worried about putting something inside you, are a teen, have petite anatomy, have a low cervix or a light flow, mini will treat you right.
• Recommended for under 30s (ish)

One

• 70mm long, 42mm rim diameter, 30ml capacity
• Haven’t had a baby vaginally, the mini doesn’t quite sound like you, or you don’t know your cervix height? Size one is your cup and it’s our most popular for humans who haven't babied.
• Recommended for under 30s (ish)

Two

• 70mm long, 46mm rim diameter, 40ml capacity
• If you have given birth vaginally, or have a heavy flow, or feel you have weaker pelvic floor muscles, then this cup is perfect for you.
• Recommended for over 30s (ish)

How to use a Wā cup
You know what? With a bit of practice, it's easy as. You've got this! 

1. Steep your Wā Cup in boiling water before use each month to clean it.
2. Fold your Wā Cup small and insert. It sits lower than a tampon, so you can't feel it and can always reach it! 
3. Nudge the side of the cup, so it pops open to collect your period 
4. Remove by pinching the base of the cup to remove the seal, then guide cup out.
5. Empty the Wā Cup, wipe with loo paper or rinse with water (if available) and repeat!
