White Light Purification Mist

The ritual
Gently shake the bottle and crystals from your left ear circling to your right ear around your head 3 times. Spritz above your head while you inhale a deep breath, bring your hands up in the air, hover them over your body and make your way moving downwards over your energetic aura field until you reach the ground (re-earth). Meet your hands again at your heart center, imagine the protection layer surrounding your entire being. Take a moment here to set your intention.

How this mist works
Lemon essential oil - a stimulant and is detoxifying and clearing.

Sage essential oil - Expels toxins, clean bad energy away from aura or home. Also known to provide relief to coughs and colds. 

Juniper Berry essential oil - provides emotional support, reducing physical symptoms of stress. Has positive effects on the brain for anxiety and trauma. 

Bergamot essential oil - Bergamot is a primary oil for the nervous system, uplifting and calming during times of anxiety or low mood. It can lighten and refresh when feeling angry, frustrated or low in confidence and helps to clear out negative, heavy states.

Frankincense - Frankincense is thought to have a calming and opening effect on the mind, ideal during meditation or times of stress and anxiety when a tight, contracted state is common.
