Recommended Dosage:
Ages 12+: Mix 1.5 Tbsp (11g) in 200mL of water. Stir well. For optimal results, take 15-30 minutes before your workout. If you are sensitive to Beta-alanine, we recommend taking this with a pre training snack. Not recommended for those pregnant or breastfeeding.
